SANS 1507-4 SWA XLPE-PVC 0.6/1kV Cable is a low voltage armored power cable designed for fixed installations. The steel wire armor (SWA) enhances resistance to mechanical stress, making it ideal for underground systems, industrial wiring, and outdoor applications where additional protection is required.

Construction
High conductivity bunched, stranded copper or aluminum conductors, insulated and colour coded with XLPE. Insulated cores are twisted and filled with a PVC bedding to give the cable a round finish. It is armoured with a galvanized steel wire. Final protection is tightly bonded, with a Flame Retardant PVC.
Application
To supply power to all types of fixed installations. Suitable for use in ducts, racks and ladders as well as burial underground without further protection.
