CAAI Cable
Aluminum conductors with aluminum alloy support conductors make up CAAI. The support conductor can be either bare (designated "ND") or insulated (designated "NA").
With voltages up to 1000 V, this cable is typically utilized for overhead secondary distribution networks in urban and rural areas. They provide greater spans, lower mounting, little support, and easier installation, especially in densely populated regions or areas where trees are present. Additionally, it provides the greatest level of employee safety and outage protection. High dependability over many years of use is ensured by resistance to abrasion, flexing, heat, moisture, sunshine, and cold."
